Authorisation
For reasons of food safety and hygiene, it is not possible to return correctly delivered and intact preparations.
Exchanges or returns will only be accepted in the case of proven incorrect delivery or defective goods and must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The return costs shall be borne by the purchaser. Exchanges or returns are not possible if the original packaging has been opened or damaged.
In the case of defective goods, please send us a photograph by email, including: the following:
- a photograph of the defective goods
- a photo of the parcel label
This is the only way we can process your claim for replacement and/or refund quickly .
Refunds
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
- We reserve the right to retain 10% of the value of the goods as compensation for expenses.
- The refund will be made to the bank account specified by the purchaser by bank transfer.
