How long does shipping take?
You will usually receive your shipment within 1-2 working days after paying for your order. Sometimes it takes 3-4 days, for example during the Christmas period, summer holidays or other times when the post office, DHL, UPS and other couriers have a lot more to do than usual or have little staff available. Customs clearance can sometimes take longer. We have no influence on this. Our shipments are prepared correctly for customs clearance. However, experience has shown that customs clearance can unfortunately lead to delays in delivery.

Use during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding?
We do not recommend using a detox diet during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Many women take probiotics or fiber supplements during pregnancy and breastfeeding, for example to prevent constipation.
Can I give the preparations to my pets?
We get asked this question a lot! First of all, Jorinde preparations were developed for humans. We cannot say how or if they work on animals.
When should I take the capsules?
As a rule, it is best to take the medication on an empty stomach. If you take several capsules a day, you can take them all at once or spread them out over the course of the day.
Can the treatments be done preventively?
Many treatments can be done preventively because they can strengthen the body's own defense system and support regulatory processes.
What side effects should I expect?
Since our preparations are not medicines, we don't really talk about side effects. You understand what that means. But in the spirit of the right attitude, you have to call it "undesirable side effects of regulation and self-healing" and see it that way.
The side effects of regulation and self-healing are very different because the condition and disposition of each individual user varies greatly; many users have no side effects, some do, albeit to varying degrees of severity and for varying durations. The key is to see the side effects of a natural cure as a sign that the body is in the process of re-regulating and regenerating itself.
Is the biofilm also removed?
Many people want to remove the biofilm. To do this, however, a complex treatment is necessary, which not only requires the use of very specific agents at certain times, but also entails severe restrictions and strict dietary requirements.
We cannot promise that the Jorinde preparations can remove the biofilm. We are convinced that they can help as part of a treatment to remove the biofilm. But, as I said, you cannot assume that they can remove it on their own.
How many treatments can you do one after the other?
For the combination of certain preparations, we recommend the Jorinde combination therapies. If you would like to follow several treatments, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to give you a recommendation. By combining preparations, you can create particularly valuable synergies.
We can highly recommend combining and stringing together different preparations! Extending the application over time, e.g. by carrying out 3 detoxification treatments one after the other, supports healing and relief processes that cannot be achieved with a shorter application. In this respect, extended application is not only possible, but in many cases recommended.

What is the correct dosage for children?
We recommend that children only take our products from the age of 12, not younger.
- Children aged 12 to 14 years should take only one third to a maximum of half the recommended dosage.
- Adolescents aged 14 and over can take half the recommended dosage continuously.
- We recommend the full dosage only for children aged 16 to 18 years, depending on their stage of development.
Does the parasite cure help with certain parasites?
Our customers often ask us whether the Jorinde parasite cure helps with certain parasites or parasitic infestations, such as:
- worm eggs
- Cryptosporidium spec.
- Entamoeba histolytica
- Giardia lamblia
- Blastocystis hominis
- pinworms
- etc.
It should be noted that the ingredients of the Jorinde parasite treatment can have a comprehensive, natural effect against parasites in general. However, we cannot guarantee that a specific type of parasite can be eliminated - and no one would do that with any (herbal) preparation that provides reliable information.
We can say that the ingredients of the Jorinde parasite treatment were carefully selected according to the criteria and requirements for the natural elimination of parasite infestation. The Jorinde parasite treatment also supports the body in fighting and eliminating parasites through its own defense mechanisms.
Why is the parasite cure not part of the 14-week program?
The reason is that the parasite cure is a specific treatment that is only used when necessary. The fungal cure, on the other hand, is an important part of the program because the development of intestinal flora would be hindered by an imbalance of the fungal cultures in the intestine.
In order to support the development of intestinal flora, the fungal treatment is part of the program, but not the parasite treatment. However, you can easily integrate the parasite treatment into the 14-week program by using the treatment at the same time as the fungal treatment or during the intestinal flora development phase.
How can I eliminate toxins that accumulate in the body as a result of a fungal or parasitic infection?
In the event of a fungal or parasitic infestation, various harmful toxins and metabolic waste products can accumulate in the body. To detoxify the body of these substances, we recommend the Jorinde detoxification treatment in combination with the Jorinde Absorptive fiber supplement.
You can use the detoxification treatment and fiber supplement at the same time or after the fungal or parasite treatment.
Can I do the Pikz cure and parasite cure at the same time?
You can combine the two treatments, which can even create valuable synergistic effects. In this case, we recommend starting with the parasite treatment and only after 14 days starting the fungal treatment. In weeks 3 and 4, take 3 capsules of the parasite treatment in the morning and 3 capsules of the fungal treatment in the evening. With this treatment, the detoxification period lasts 6 weeks.
