You will usually receive your shipment within 1-2 business days after payment. Sometimes it takes 3-4 days, for example during the Christmas season, summer holidays, or other times when postal services, DHL, UPS, and other couriers are busier than usual or have limited staff. Customs clearance can sometimes take longer. We have no control over this. Our shipments are prepared correctly for customs. However, experience has shown that customs clearance can unfortunately lead to delivery delays.

We advise against using a detox program during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Many women take probiotics or fiber supplements during pregnancy and breastfeeding, for example, to prevent constipation.

We get this question a lot! First of all, it's important to know that Jorinde products were developed for humans. We cannot say how or if they work in animals.

Generally, it is best to take the medication on an empty stomach. For preparations where you take several capsules daily, you can take them all at once or spread them out throughout the day.

Many treatments can be done preventively because they strengthen the body's own defense systems and support regulatory processes.

Since our preparations are not medicine, we don't actually speak of side effects. You understand what we mean by that. But in line with the correct understanding, they must be called and viewed as "undesirable side effects of regulation and self-healing."

The side effects of regulation and self-healing vary considerably because the condition and predisposition of each individual user differ greatly; many users experience no side effects, while some do, and these vary in intensity and duration. The crucial point is to view the side effects of a natural treatment as a sign that the body is in the process of reregulating and regenerating itself.

Many people want to remove the biofilm. However, to achieve this, a complex treatment is necessary, which not only requires the use of very specific agents at specific times, but also involves significant restrictions and strict dietary guidelines.

We cannot promise that Jorinde products can remove the biofilm. We are convinced that they can help as part of a treatment to remove the biofilm. But, as mentioned, you cannot assume that they can remove it on their own.

For combining certain preparations, we recommend Jorinde combination therapies. If you would like to combine several courses of treatment, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to provide you with a recommendation. Combining preparations can create particularly valuable synergies.

We highly recommend combining and sequentially using different preparations! Extending the application time, for example by completing three detoxification programs consecutively, supports healing and relief processes that cannot be achieved with shorter applications. Therefore, extended application is not only possible but advisable in many cases.

We recommend that children only take our products from the age of 12 years, not younger.

• Children aged 12 to 14 years should only take one third to at most half of the recommended dosage.
• Adolescents aged 14 and over can take half the recommended dosage continuously.
• Depending on their stage of development, we recommend the full dosage only for children aged 16 to 18 years and older.

Our customers often ask us whether the Jorinde parasite treatment helps with specific parasites or parasitic infestations, such as:

It should be noted that the ingredients in Jorinde's parasite treatment can have a comprehensive, natural effect against parasites in general. However, we cannot guarantee that a specific type of parasite can be eliminated – nor would anyone make such a claim with any (herbal) product that provides reliable information.

We can say that the ingredients in the Jorinde Parasite Treatment have been carefully selected according to the criteria and requirements for the natural elimination of parasitic infestations. The Jorinde Parasite Treatment also supports the body in fighting and eliminating parasites through its own defense mechanisms.

The reason is that the parasite cleanse is a specific treatment used only as needed. The fungal cleanse, on the other hand, is an important part of the program because an imbalance of fungal cultures in the gut would hinder the regeneration of the intestinal flora.

To support the restoration of gut flora, the antifungal treatment is therefore part of the program, but not the antiparasitic treatment. However, you can easily integrate the antiparasitic treatment into the 14-week program by using it at the same time as the antifungal treatment or during the gut flora restoration phase.

In cases of fungal or parasitic infection, various harmful toxins and metabolic waste products can accumulate in the body. To detoxify the body from these substances, we recommend the Jorinde detoxification program in combination with the Jorinde absorptive fiber supplement.

You can use the detoxification treatment and fiber supplement at the same time or after the fungal or parasite treatment.

You can combine the two treatments; this can even create valuable synergistic effects. In this case, we recommend starting with the parasite treatment and only beginning the fungal treatment after 14 days. For weeks 3 and 4, take 3 capsules of the parasite treatment in the morning and 3 capsules of the fungal treatment in the evening. With this method, the detoxification period lasts 6 weeks.
