Here you will find the General Terms and Conditions of BioMedica LP.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) apply to all deliveries and services, insofar as they do not contradict legal requirements.

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘GTCs’) apply to all current and future deliveries and other services, including consultancy services within the scope of the jorinde-shop.com offer.

This also applies if BioMedica LP does not refer the customer to these GTCs again in subsequent transactions.

No separate order conditions apply to the first order.

The prices stated at the time of the order apply to the delivery. Delivery shall be made in accordance with the specified method of payment. All prices quoted are inclusive of statutory VAT.

Compensation for damages is excluded unless gross negligence is involved. We will inform you immediately if the goods are not available. The delivery time shall be extended due to circumstances for which we are not responsible, such as strikes, legal or official orders, force majeure, etc. We shall inform the customer of such obstacles. We will inform the customer of such obstacles immediately. The customer may then cancel his order.

We may determine the mode of dispatch, the dispatch route and the company commissioned with the dispatch at our discretion, unless the customer gives express instructions.

Shipping costs are included in the sales price.

Complaints must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

Right of cancellation and right of return: Goods can only be exchanged or returned if it can be proven that they were incorrectly delivered and must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The return costs shall be borne by the customer. Exchanges or returns are not possible if the original packaging has been opened or damaged. Should you fall into arrears with your payments, we reserve the right to charge you interest on arrears at a rate of 5 (five) per cent above the respective published base rate.

The goods remain the property of BioMedica LP until full payment has been received.

Purchase on account with instalment facility (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method ‘purchase on account’ as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you decide not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.

When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and processes the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's GTC in addition to our GTC. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).
