Customs and import taxes
No customs duties or import taxes for deliveries within the EU and Switzerland
We deliver to addresses in the EU from our EU warehouse and to addresses in Switzerland from our Swiss warehouse. Delivery is therefore made as a domestic parcel, meaning that there are no customs duties or import taxes for shipments to the EU or Switzerland no customs duties or import taxes are incurred.
For shipments to other countries in Switzerland and the EU, the buyer or recipient of the goods is responsible for paying customs duties and import taxes.
Tracking
Immediately after your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking number for your parcel. With this number, you can track the location and status of your shipment at any time on the courier's website. Experience has shown that it takes a few hours after dispatch for the courier to update the status of your shipment on the internet.
Couriers
Your parcel will be delivered within Switzerland by Swiss Post and outside Switzerland by DHL.

For resellers and customers who benefit from special conditions, separate postage costs not listed here may apply.
