3 capsules daily.
Take all at once or spread throughout the day, unchewed with a large glass of water.
On an empty stomach (30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals) or between meals to avoid affecting the absorption of ingredients. Can be taken with other preparations.
Candida regimens are typically carried out over several weeks, accompanied by a dietary change.
