The soluble fibers swell in the regulated bowel and can bind harmful substances, fermentation and putrefaction products, and food residues, which often contribute to irritation of the intestinal lining in irritable bowel syndrome. At the same time, FenuFibers® has a prebiotic effect: as a food source for beneficial intestinal bacteria, it can actively support the growth of probiotics in the subsequent preparation.

Fluid intake:
For the body to perform its functions, it requires a sufficient amount of fluid intake. The body's fluid requirement is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight. Please make sure to meet this fluid requirement of your body, both in everyday life and especially during your detoxification cure. Calcium: Too much calcium, mostly from the consumption of dairy products and supplements, is a common cause of constipation. Therefore, during the use of Jorinde Detoxifier, it is advisable to avoid supplements with a high calcium content.
